Subject: URGENT! network
Dear support,
I am a customer and I'm having a problem with my phones. I don't know what's wrong.
Furthermore, I have cable DSL.
This is outrageous becauise I was told I could plug it into my computer. This is the seventh time I've emailed you aboaut it with no resolution. I work with computers all the time and I can assure you that my Netgore router is not the problem.
When I called for help I was in the queue for three minutes. I make four hundred dollars a minute so I expect to be compensated for this.
Please advice.
If I don't receive a response right now then I will say I want to cancel but never follow through. I have had nothing but problems with you guys so far and I want three months of credit.
Also I want a full report on what the problem was.
